Land Sale -
1,300+ Acres!

Challenge:

To sell 1,300+ acres of vacant land consisting of 7 parcels as quickly as possible.  The seller needed the funds for another transaction which required immediate funds.  The seller had owned the site for over a decade but had ultimately decided not to develop the large waterfront site.  Additionally, there were numerous title issues on the subject property due to matters of eminent domain, a lis pendens, and a mechanics lien to boot.  Time was of the absolute essence in closing the transaction.

Solution:

The CFO of our firm acted as the sole commercial sales broker on the transaction, obtained an all cash offer from a multi-billion dollar family office, and successfully closed the transaction in exactly 28 calendar days!  The total sales price on the transaction was just under $14.6M.
