Commercial Loan Referral Program

Assets America® has a Referral Fee Program! We can pay commercial loan referral fees and commercial sales referral fees up to 1/8th of a point. 1/8 is also known as 12.5 basis points. This equates to One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) on a $100 million loan or sale. We can pay you these points based upon any commercial transaction you refer to us, which closes. We can pay 1/8 up to a $200 million transaction size. From $200 million to $500 million, the referral fee changes to 5 basis points per $100 million or portion thereof. For our commercial loan referral program, we do not pay fees beyond the first $500 million of a deal, and at no time shall the total referral fee exceed 12.5% of the closing fee.

Who May You Refer?

You may refer direct borrowers, real estate brokers, and even other mortgage brokers . You can get paid on each deal they close through us – for a period of 3 years or 3 transactions, whichever comes first.  Therefore, if you refer your borrower or your mortgage broker friend and convince him to start using Assets America® regularly; you could easily earn several finder’s fees just for the one referral.

How to Refer a Deal to Our Commercial Loan Referral Program

To refer a loan to Assets America®, simply email us your contact information and the contact information of the borrower. This would include the borrower’s name, email and phone number and that’s all we need. Your borrower or broker will be contacted via email or phone inviting him to apply through Assets America®. Be the first finder to convince the borrower or broker to use our financial services. Then, that borrower can be registered as your customer for three (3) years or three (3) transactions, whichever comes first. That is, until he changes his email address, whichever is first.

However, there is one huge concern. Spam filters delete many of our invitations. Your referred party may very well never see our invitation. Therefore, it is very important that you ask him to check his Junk E-mail for an email from Assets America®. Commercial loans can be rather large, and therefore, the referral fees can be very large as well. We want to pay you large referral fees from our commercial loan referral program, we really do. However, if the borrower pays you, then we won’t pay you — it’s one or the other, but not both.

Finally, please be sure to obtain the borrower’s verbal permission prior to entering his email address. Ideally, an email from Assets America® inviting the borrower to apply should not be a surprise to that person.
