Our Referral Fee Program

Assets America®, Inc. (“Assets America®”) will pay a finder's fee of 1/8th of a point, also known as 12.5 basis points, which equates to $12,500 on a $10 million loan, on any commercial loan that you refer to us which closes. You may refer borrowers, real estate brokers, and even other mortgage brokers.
You get paid on every deal they close through us – forever - unless they change their email address. Therefore, if you refer your borrower or your mortgage broker friend and convince him to start using Assets America® regularly; you could easily earn multiple finder's fees each year for the next several years.
To refer a loan to Assets America®, simply email us your information and his email address. That's all we need. Your borrower or broker will be sent an email inviting him to apply through Assets America®. If you are the first finder to convince the guy to use Assets America®, he will be registered as your customer forever - until he changes his email address.
However, there is one huge concern. Spam filters delete many of our invitations. Your referred party may very well never see our invitation. Therefore, it is very important that you ask him to check his Junk E-mail for an email that says, "You Need a Commercial Loan, says (Mr. Smith)". Of course, we substitute your name for Mr. Smith.
If this sounds like a lot of work, it’s really not; entering an email address is quick and easy. Commercial loans may be very large; therefore referral fees are proportionally large as well. We want to pay you huge sums of money. In addition to the referral fees, Assets America® will also pay you $5.00 for every completed loan application that comes from your referrals. However, to collect, you must submit your invoice to us with a minimum of 25 completed loan applications. We will send you an email every time one of your referrals completes a loan application. Please be sure to keep them. They are the only record. We don't save them, so please just keep a folder in your Outlook mailbox with all of our congratulatory emails.
Finally, please be sure to get the borrower's verbal permission before entering his e-mail address. An e-mail from Assets America® inviting the borrower to apply should not come as a surprise to that person. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at Info@AssetsAmerica.com. Thank you!
